Cancellation & Payment Policy

Because each tour has limited spaces and requires advance planning, we are unable to offer full refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

If You Need to Cancel

If you are unable to attend the tour, your payment can be credited toward the following year’s event.

Payment Deadlines

Your booking will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

All payments must be completed by April 1, 2026.
