Liability Disclainer

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that while we strive to ensure your safety and enjoyment during the Discover Jamaica by Bike tour, there are inherent risks associated with cycling and travel. Therefore, we would like to make it clear that we are not liable for any injuries, damages, damages to property, or lost property that may occur during the tour.

By participating in the tour, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved and agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. You also agree to release Discover Jamaica, its organizers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the tour.

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance that covers cycling activities and ensure that you have appropriate medical coverage. Please also take care to secure your personal belongings and valuables throughout the tour.

Media Release

Participants will hereby grant permission to Discover Jamaica by Bike and its representatives to use any and all photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured during the Discover Jamaica by Bike tour for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation.

Participants must understand that image(s), voice(s), and likeness may be used in various media including, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, advertisements, websites, social media posts, and other promotional materials.

Participants must acknowledge that Discover Jamaica by Bike will own all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the media captured of me during the tour.

Participants will also release Discover Jamaica by Bike and its representatives from any liability relating to the use of the media captured during the tour.
